Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for all food production activities, raw materials, and finished goods.Implement and maintain robust Food Safety Management accounting protocols.Monitor and control inventory costs, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to operational expenditures.Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal accounting policies.Participate in the development and implementation of new accounting procedures and systems.
