Responsibilities:Lead and manage all cost accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Develop and implement robust cost accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.Collaborate closely with production, operations, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and identify areas for cost reduction.Oversee inventory valuation, ensuring proper costing and control mechanisms are in place.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department and across the organization.Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Cost Accounting or a related financial management role.Proven expertise in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, and Financial Analysis.Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems and advanced spreadsheet tools.In-depth understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Exceptional Leadership and team management capabilities.Outstanding Problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.A Manager-level career history demonstrating increasing responsibility and successful project leadership.
