10–15 years of experience in cost management, cost control, or a related fieldProven experience in Manufacturing, F&B, or FMCG industries is a mustPrevious experience managing and leading teams is essentialStrong analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingExperience with ERP systems and cost management toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approachHigh level of integrity and professionalism
