Customer Service Coordinator

This job is part time evenings Monday through Thursday 5 hours each evening.This is a remote contract positionIdeal for someone working in Customer Service in English in the apparel industry or any company that interacts with customers in English online or on the phone.If you are a student available to work evenings or someone with a current job during the day you could be an ideal candidateIdeal for someone completing studies or looking for additional contract employment.This can grow into full time work 40 hours a weekThe job involves interacting with apparel customers in Canada/USA mainly via email, whatsapp and zoomExperience with a CRM system is helpful - we use PipedriveWe also use AI to automate data, marketing and advertising and posting to social media Experience with spreadsheets is helpful as we have created tools to manage dataYou will also monitor analytics of site visitors and ad performanceYou will help co-ordinate e-commerce orders and provide shipping status or product questions.You will communicate via email, chat and zoom with customers that need help orderingYou will help customers configure their products in our Avetti e-commerce solutionYou will be support and communicate with our teams in Canada and globallyThis is an opportunity to learn AI, marketing and ecommerceIdeal for someone currently in a customer service roleThere is some need for data gathering and communication as wellA key element of this job is to QA what the factory in Cairo produces every few months to confirm the inventory count and Quality.

If you have any experience in the apparel industry this is helpfulAlso to co-ordinate 3 times per year the work of the embroidery company.We are currently shipping from Cairo to Canada and will add the USA this summer then other countriesThis is a great opportunity to grow with us and become our key person in Cairo.

Work experience in Customer Service, Ecommerce, QA, Marketing or similar roleAbility to communicate to customers in English to help them order from us.Strong English capability requiredStrong English written capability requiredCommunication in Arabic with our Cairo based factories and suppliers will be required.Ability to work independently and part of a larger teamExperience in sales, social media, or customer service positions is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillsQA experience in the Apparel industry is helpfulExperience with any CRM, spreadsheets and AI tools is helpfulWe assume you have a computer and a reliable internet connectionAny experience in management is a plus as your role can grow depending on your abilities
