Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer behaviour analysis, and pricingMaintain model accuracy through scheduled retraining and performance monitoringDocument all models prior to production deployment and maintain version control Build and maintain automated data pipelines supporting analytics use-casesMonitor pipeline availability and data quality, escalating issues as appropriate Contribute to reducing pipeline processing time through continuous improvementDevelop and maintain management dashboards in Tableau as requested, ensuring timely delivery and relevance to business needsMaintain and fulfil all ongoing scheduled reports across functions, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveryFulfil ad-hoc analytical requests within agreed turnaround standardsSupport reduction in report delivery time through automation and standardizationProduce quarterly customer segmentation reports and loyalty programme analyticsDeliver monthly e-commerce performance insight reports in collaboration with the E-Commerce team Complete post-campaign promotion effectiveness analyses within agreed timelines, working closely with Marketing Ensure all datasets used in analysis comply with Spinneys Egypt data privacy policies Document data sources, lineage, and definitions for all critical datasetsContribute to the enterprise data governance framework as directed by the IT ManagerDefine analytical use-case requirements to inform data lake designBuild and test AI/ML models on data lake datasetsValidate data quality and completeness of lake-ingested data and produce monthly quality reportsPropose and pilot new AI/ML use-cases in collaboration with IT and business teamsParticipate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions with IT and business stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline1–3 years of experience in a data science or analytical roleProficiency in Python and standard ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)

Competence in SQL Server and relational database querying Hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard development and reporting
