You will hold a dual-role position combining technical development and educational support.

Data Scientist Responsibilities (Epsilon AI Analytics)Build, train, test, and evaluate machine learning modelsPerform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and data preprocessingDevelop data pipelines and perform feature engineeringDeploy models and support integration into real-world systemsOptimize model performance and monitor deployed solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, AI leads)

Instructor Responsibilities (Epsilon AI Academy)deliver data science and machine learning coursesLead hands-on labs, workshops, and project mentorship sessionsMentor and guide students through practical projects, providing feedback and support to enhance their learning experience.Provide technical guidance to learners during practical exercisesCollaborate with EpsilonAI Analytics teams to integrate real-world case studies and enterprise-grade datasets into educational content.Review student projects and provide structured feedbackPrepare materials, exercises, and demonstrations under senior supervisionSupport junior learners in understanding real-world AI workflows

EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any related technical field (required)0-3 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.

Must-Have Technical SkillsStrong programming proficiency in PythonProficiency in Python and popular data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Solid understanding of SQL and relational databasesExperience with EDA and data preprocessingStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.Familiarity with basic deployment flows (Flask/FastAPI, cloud, or Docker)Version control experience (Git)
