Design & Project Development Engineer

Architectural Design & Specification:Develop architectural façade concepts utilizing the company's products and systems.Recommend suitable finishing materials, textures, coatings, and color schemes for building exteriors and interiors.Prepare architectural design proposals, presentation boards, and material selection packages.Design and propose decorative concrete solutions, stamped concrete systems, industrial flooring, and architectural finishing systems.Provide architectural detailing and system recommendations based on project requirements.Support the development of innovative applications and new architectural solutions using company productsConsultant & Developer Relations:Build and maintain professional relationships with consulting offices, architects, developers, and project owners.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for consultants and developers.Promote the specification of company products in project design documents and tender specifications.Identify new project opportunities and participate in project design discussions.Technical Support & Project Development:Assist the sales team in providing technical and architectural solutions for ongoing projects.Review architectural drawings and specifications to identify opportunities for company products.Coordinate with technical, R&D, and marketing teams to develop project-specific solutions.Support mock-ups, samples, color selections, and architectural material approvals.Sales Team Coordination & Reporting:Organize and monitor daily reports submitted by sales engineers.Analyze sales activities, project progress, and specification opportunities.Prepare weekly and monthly management reports highlighting key project developments and opportunities.Support sales engineers with architectural and technical guidance when required.Marketing & Product Development Support:Participate in developing technical brochures, architectural guides, color charts, and specification documents.Provide market feedback regarding architectural trends, materials, colors, and competitive solutions.Support exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and customer events.

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.3–8 years of experience in architectural design, façade systems, finishing materials, or construction chemicals.Experience working with consultants, developers, and architectural firms.Strong understanding of architectural finishing systems, decorative concrete, façade coatings, and industrial flooring solutions.Experience in specification selling is highly preferred.Technical Skills :Proficiency in AutoCAD.Proficiency in Revit is preferred.Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent visualization software.Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation.Good understanding of construction chemicals and architectural finishing materials.Ability to read and review architectural drawings and specifications.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.Project coordination and organizational skills.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Leadership and team collaboration skills.
