Design Thinking Facilitator

We are looking for a Design Thinking Facilitator to lead discovery sessions for different web and mobile application projects.

This role is focused on facilitating design thinking sessions, guiding stakeholders through structured ideation and problem-solving activities, and translating workshop outcomes into practical outputs such as journey maps, concept notes, action plans, and simple wireframes or prototypes.

The ideal candidate has experience facilitating workshops or training sessions, working with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting digital product discovery in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Guide participants through the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.Lead discussions that uncover user needs, pain points, opportunities, and solution ideas for digital products.Translate workshop outcomes into actionable recommendations, user journeys, concept summaries, and implementation roadmaps.Produce simple wireframes or prototypes using Figma or similar tools to visualize ideas in coordination with UI/UX team.Work closely with business, design, and technical teams to support early-stage solution development.Prepare workshop materials, templates, summaries, and presentation outputs.Skills: Design Thinking facilitationWorkshop leadershipHuman-centered designJourney mapping and ideationStakeholder engagementDocumentation and presentationProject coordination

Proven experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops or innovation sessions.Prior experience delivering training, workshops, or structured group sessions is preferred.Ability to translate ideas into clear, practical outputs.Hands-on experience with Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools is a plus.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.Experience with e-learning, digital products, or transformation projects is an advantage.
