Develop departmental plans and objectives, presenting them to the direct manager for approval to achieve overall management goals.Determine the necessary budget to achieve the required objectives, proposing it to the direct manager for approval and adoption.Establish departmental work procedures and policies to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.Organize and approve work schedules for the department and its related divisions to ensure the achievement of set objectives within specified time frames.Prepare and update hospital dietary schedules periodically, ensuring the highest quality service delivery.Supervise the performance of the therapeutic nutrition department, determining dietary schedules for patients based on their health condition.Supervise the kitchen department, ensuring the delivery of excellent service according to established quality standards.Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring compliance with specified guidelines and behaviors.Supervise nutrition storerooms, ensuring the timely provision of departmental needs to meet the requirements of various divisions.Ensure compliance with quality standards, infection control within the department, and taking necessary actions to achieve this.Maintain available resources, ensuring their optimal utilization to achieve the desired objectives.Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and present them to the direct manager to contribute to decision-making.Supervise departmental employees, providing guidance to ensure the execution of tasks within specified timelines and required quality standards.Training, evaluating employee performance, and delegating tasks to achieve the desired objectives and achieve patient satisfaction levels.Undertake any other tasks requested by the direct manager that do not conflict with hospital policies

Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality 8+ years of experience in Hospitality.

At least 5 years in the same position.
