Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, designing marketing materials, and executing paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's social media accounts across different platforms.Create engaging content, including captions, posts, reels, and marketing materials.Design creative visuals using graphic design tools.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Analyze social media insights and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.

Applicants from other cities are welcome to apply.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.Experience in content creation and copywriting.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and media buying.Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.Strong communication and creative thinking skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Fluency in English is a Must.
