Digital Marketing Team Leader (Fashion/ E-commerce)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead marketing activities for our fashion and eCommerce business.

The role will focus on planning and executing campaigns, managing marketing operations, coordinating teams, tracking performance, and driving business growth.The Digital Marketing Team Leader will work closely with the Creative, Media Buying, Content, Website, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and aligned with the brand strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business objectives.Develop and execute the overall marketing plan and campaign calendar.Manage digital marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal offers.Oversee paid advertising activities across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.Monitor marketing performance and track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue.Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, website updates, and promotional activities.Coordinate with creative, content, media buying, and development teams to ensure timely execution.Manage marketing budgets and ensure spending aligns with business goals.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis.Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates for management.Lead marketing meetings and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

3+ years of experience in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, or eCommerce Marketing.Experience in fashion and eCommerce is required.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid ads, and campaign management.Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify.Experience with Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and website management.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools is preferred.Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.Strong communication and leadership skills.Fluent in English.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams effectively.
