Job Description
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Relations Specialists to achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and on-the-job support
- Oversee the sourcing and onboarding of new customers for the company's financing products
- Supervise the collection of due installment payments from existing customers within the team's portfolio
- Track and report on team KPIs, escalating risks or performance gaps to senior management
- Ensure the team's field activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma
- Prior experience in sales, collections, or relationship management, ideally within finance, microfinance, or fintech
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales/field team is preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in the field and managing a team spread across multiple locations
- Medical and social insurance
- Fixed salary + commission
