Overview: As the Director of Maintenance, you will be the cornerstone of our operational efficiency, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and programs (preventive, predictive, corrective) to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.Lead, mentor, and empower a team of highly skilled maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.Manage and optimize maintenance budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve operational goals cost-effectively.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all maintenance operations.Collaborate effectively with other departments to minimize disruption and enhance overall productivity.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance maintenance processes and performance.

Experience the Thrill: Possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar industrial or operational environment.Education Excellence: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
