Position Summary/ Objective Ensure reliability and safety of electrical systems, power distribution, and automation controls across the pharmaceutical facility.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.
Maintain electrical panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.
2.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and utility equipment.
3.
Manage PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
4.
Ensure calibration and proper functioning of sensors and instruments.
5.
Support automation improvements and digitalization initiatives.
6.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
7.
Participate in energy efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:Bachelor Electrical Engineering, Experience: Required Competencies Electrical Systems KnowledgeUnderstanding of power systems and circuits.Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems.Analytical Thinking/ Problem SolvingAbility to identify root causes of process/system failures, detect and resolve technical issues quickly.Attention to DetailAccuracy in inspections, documentation, and system monitoring.
Ensuring accuracy in critical systems impacting product/ process quality.Communication SkillsDelivers clear messages, Effectively aligns stakeholders.(Production, Engineering, HSE, QA, ..Others )Continuous ImprovementIdentifying and implementing system and process optimizations.Time ManagementEfficient handling of breakdowns and maintenance schedules.
