Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Oversee the design, development, and testing of automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, control systems, and electronic components.Ensure compliance with relevant automotive standards, such as ISO 26262.Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Drive continuous improvement in electrical engineering processes and methodologies.Solve complex problems related to electrical systems, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
