Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Background Foods)

Monitor all electricity consumption indicators for all main Panels of the factory for ease ofcontrolling them.Make the right decision for the good distribution of loads and.Work on developing effective mechanisms to save on electrical energy consumption.Provide training and development opportunities to all maintenance staff & carry outperformance evaluations and appraisals.Evaluates electrical systems by designing and conducting research programs, testing, applyingknowledge of electricity and materials.Plan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on all of the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.Supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems.Follow up and analyses the down times and solve them quickly.Troubleshoot Electrical machines’ faults and guide technicians.Maintains material and equipment supplies by regularly monitoring inventory levels, anticipating.Supply needs, placing and expediting electrical material orders and reviewing and approving invoices.Ensure stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and outlets, including energy management system for prototyping and assembly systems, lighting and security apparatus.Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

5+ years of experience in Food Industry as a Maintenance Engineer.PLC /HMI Programming Experience

• Problem Solving Skills.Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power.Strong background and practical experience in Automation and classic control.Lead Operations (5S
