Overview: Lead and optimize all electrical maintenance activities at our Monufya facility, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive electrical maintenance programs, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Lead, mentor, and empower a team of electrical technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.Oversee the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of all electrical equipment and systems.Diagnose complex electrical issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and implement effective, long-term solutions.Manage maintenance budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Implement and manage quality control procedures for all electrical work.Skills/Technologies: You will leverage your deep expertise in Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Engineering, alongside strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
