Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Lead a team of skilled technicians in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.Oversee the maintenance and optimization of power distribution systems.Utilize CMMS systems to track maintenance activities and analyze equipment performance.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Skills & Technologies:Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles.Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of reliability engineering practices.Excellent team leadership and communication skills.

Here’s what we’re looking for:Experience: 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance engineering, with a proven track record of success.

Electrical Maintenance and Electricity skills Experience in Electrical Engineering and Design Experience in PLC ( Siemens , Allen Bradley )

Well known about ( Siemens , barker , LS )

Knowledge of Power Distribution systems Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities knowledge of Mechanical equipment'sExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the same position (as a maintenance manager)Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience in Heavy machines ,chillers ,compressors . etc
