Electrical Project Engineer

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationInvolved in tender process i.e. client technical discussions and clarification sessions, quotation, submission and reviewParticipate contract signing off/on.Set and follow project milestones progress with planning to ensure meeting contractual deadlines.Ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, budget and time.Coordinating internal resources of diverse teams and third parties/vendorsManaging project progress and adapt work as requiredMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirementsConducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staffOptimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessaryManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.Claim to customer variations to issue orders in coordination with sales.Knowledge of contractual terms and conditionsFlexible facing conflicting priorities

4-5 years of experience in Project Management (preferred in LV Panel projects & LV Panel Manufacturing)BSc degree in Electrical engineeringProven working experience as a project Manager in the Electrical sectorExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePMP certification is a plusWork Location : 10th of Ramadan
