Electrical Site Engineer

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installation and troubleshooting processes.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality benchmarks.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify the proper functioning and safety of electrical installations.Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and records of electrical work performed.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate material deliveries and resolve technical queries.Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry best practices throughout the construction process.Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed electrical systems to clients.Promote and enforce a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement on site.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5-7 years of experience in electrical site engineering within the construction industry.Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.Experience with site supervision and coordination of electrical works.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
