Job SummaryResponsible for managing all electrical and electromechanical installation activities on substation sites, including testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and international standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation of switchgear, transformers, busbars, protection & control panelsOversee testing and commissioning activities per IEC standardsManage electrical subcontractors and site electrical crewsReview electrical drawings, schematics, and technical submittalsCoordinate with civil site team on interface activitiesEnsure compliance with HSE and electrical safety proceduresTroubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning phases
Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering5–10 years of experience, with hands-on background in substation field.Strong knowledge of HV switchgear, protection systems, and IEC testing standardsFamiliarity with SCADA/control systems is a plusGood command of English (written & spoken)
