Electrical Utilities Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Oversight & Execution Supervise the implementation of electrical maintenance programs by distributing work to technicians and tracking execution.

Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all electrical utility systems.

Review electricians’ daily reports, issue technical instructions, and follow up on pending electrical issues.

Analyze complex electrical faults, evaluate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Manage emergency breakdowns related to power supply, distribution, and electrical infrastructure.

Review purchase requests for electrical spare parts, tools, and consumables.

Maintain and update electrical equipment files, including maintenance logs, spare-parts records, and repair history.

Electrical Utilities Operations Management Oversee day-to-day electrical utility operations to ensure uninterrupted power supply to production and facilities.

Oversee Medium and low voltage electrical panels.

Monitor power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, panels, and lighting systems.

Ensure all electrical systems operate within approved load, voltage, and safety limits.

Take immediate corrective actions in case of power instability, overloads, or electrical failures.

Measure, analyze, and control electricity consumption, and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.

Coordinate with power authorities and regulatory bodies for required electrical reporting and compliance.

Monitor power distribution systems, transformers, UPS systems, earthing systems, switchgear, generators, panels, and lighting systems.

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance Monitor the performance of electrical contractors, service providers, and power suppliers.

Track electrical system reliability, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness.

Analyze electricity consumption ratios and implement improvement actions to meet efficiency targets.

Develop, review, and enforce SOPs for electrical operation and maintenance.

Ensure all electrical installations and upgrades follow design, safety, and engineering standards.

Education:Bachelor of Engineering in any major, preferably Electrical.Experience: 2 years in the same position.Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Auto cad
