Electromechanics Engineer

Supervise and follow up on maintenance contracts related to water pumps and elevator systems.Monitor the performance and maintenance activities of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.Oversee the operation and maintenance of compressed air networks and air compressors.Follow up on HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.Monitor spare parts availability and ensure timely procurement of required materials.Conduct regular inspections and prepare technical reports on equipment condition and maintenance activities.Troubleshoot electromechanical issues and recommend effective solutions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and company procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical maintenance and facility operations.Experience in supervising and following up on maintenance contracts for water pumps and elevators.Good knowledge of firefighting and fire alarm systems.Experience with compressed air systems, air lines, and compressors.Technical knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and related spare parts.Ability to coordinate with maintenance contractors and ensure compliance with technical standards.Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
