English Section Head (SME)

Lead curriculum development and content enhancement initiatives across educational products.Review and improve educational materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives and curriculum standards.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), editorial teams, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver engaging educational content.Ensure consistency, quality, and educational effectiveness across curriculum materials.Review educational activities, assessment methods, and content presentation approaches to improve learner engagement.Coordinate content review, proofreading, and design workflows to ensure timely delivery.Support visual content development with designers and illustrators to enhance learning experiences.Review content structure and alignment between visuals and written materials.Ensure final educational outputs meet quality standards before production or publishing.Monitor updates related to educational frameworks and curriculum changes and ensure proper implementation where required.Support question bank and assessment content development initiatives.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication between departments.Develop project timelines and prioritize deliverables across multiple educational projects.Support team collaboration, issue resolution, and continuous quality improvement.Collaborate with digital teams to support content transformation into digital learning experiences.Contribute to teacher support and educational enablement initiatives, including training materials and learning content.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or any related field.5–7 years of experience in education, curriculum development, educational content, or related fields.Experience in educational content creation, curriculum design, or authorship is preferred.Strong understanding of educational methodologies and learner-centered approaches.Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning environments is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
