English Teacher

New Heliopolis Modern School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified English Teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language lessons, fostering students' communication and critical thinking skills, and creating a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.Teach reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary using effective instructional strategies.Develop engaging lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and abilities.Assess students' progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations.Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.Integrate educational technology and interactive teaching methods into lessons.Prepare students for internal and external assessments, where applicable.Differentiate instruction to support students with varying academic needs.Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and school administration to improve student achievement.Participate in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.Ensure classroom discipline in accordance with school policies.Perform other teaching and supervisory duties assigned by the school administration.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in English, English Language & Literature, Education, or a related field.Teaching qualification is preferred.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply if applicable).Excellent command of spoken and written English.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology platforms.Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.Commitment to continuous professional development.Passion for education and student success.El Shorouk, Badr, Madinaty, Future City residents are preferred.
