ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365)

Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects for MS Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, etc.) based on business needs.Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and standard ERP functionality.Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test cases, and user manuals.Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AX 2012/D365 functionality.Collaborate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.Assist in data migration activities from AX 2012 to D365 (if applicable).Stay updated with new features, updates, and best practices in D365 F&O.Liaise with clients/stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and timelines are achieved.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience working with MS Dynamics AX 2012 and/or D365 Finance & Operations.Strong functional knowledge of at least one or more modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Project Management).Understanding of business processes and ability to map them to ERP functionality.Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.Knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services) for D365 is a plus.Basic understanding of X++ or willingness to coordinate with technical teams (for functional consultants).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Experience with data migration tools (DMF) for D365 is an advantage.Microsoft Dynamics certification (AX 2012 or D365) is a plus.
