ERP Implementer

CloudSoft5 is hiring ERP Implementer with the following job description: Implementing ERP software application at the client's site.HR & payroll knowledge is a must Participates in training staff members on the client’s site.Analyzes customer needs, business processes reported problems and reports to solve problems in the products.Follow up with the clients in training and customization delivery.Analyze client accounting and financial processes.Configure ERP accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Costing, Budgeting).Prepare a chart of accounts and financial setup in the ERP system.Support financial data migration and opening balances.Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).Deliver training sessions for finance and accounting users.Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution.Prepare implementation documentation and user manuals.Support go-live activities and post-implementation support.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

HR & payroll knowledge is a mustKnowledge in accounting is a plus 2-5 years of proven experience in ERP implementation or a related fieldGood knowledge of business processes especially HR, Payroll and accounting modulesExcellent planning and communication skillsAbility to learn fast and execute accordinglyPlanning and time management skills.Good knowledge of business processes & accountingExcellent analytical thinking skills.Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Business informatics, Computer Science or Engineering.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Knowledge with ERP cloud applications is a mustGood communication and training skills.Experience implementing ERP accounting or finance modules.Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and local tax regulations.Egyptian E-InvoicingGCC E-InvoicingGap AnalysisUATProcess Documentation
