Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a pivotal player in our production processes, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.Design and implement innovative solutions for production challenges, utilizing your strong mechanical engineering background.Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective actions.Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.Oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a robust understanding of Engineering principles, particularly within Mechanical Engineering.

Proficiency in Production and Manufacturing methodologies is essential.

You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Root Cause Analysis.

Experience with Project Management, CAD Software, and Automation will be highly valued.
