Job Description
- Coordinate export sales activities and support the sales team in daily operations
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and customer requests
- Assist in export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents)
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery timelines
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Support in preparing sales reports and performance tracking
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in sales coordination, export sales, or logistics
- Background in manufacturing / industrial environment is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of export processes, shipping, and documentation
- Very good to excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have
- Experience dealing with international clients
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
