Export Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Export Manager to lead and oversee our international sales operations in the frozen fruits and vegetables produce sector.

The Export Manager will be responsible for developing export markets, managing international clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand international marketsIdentify and acquire new overseas clients and distributorsMaintain strong relationships with existing international customersNegotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with foreign clientsCoordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipmentsEnsure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirementsMonitor global market trends, competitors, and pricing structuresManage export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, etc.)Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping linesAchieve export sales targets and prepare regular performance reports

Proven experience in exporting only frozen fruits and vegetables field for not less than 5 yearsStrong knowledge of international markets and export regulationsExperience dealing with international clients and distributorsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsVery good command of English (written and spoken)Ability to manage export operations from order to delivery.
