Facility Engineer

Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works and requisitions of materials are completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules.Supervise the maintenance scheduling of all different mechanical works.Supervise in coordination with the contractor staff training and orientation for the different systems.Develop minimum required inventory list (of all necessary spare parts) to ensure smooth operation.Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair works.Liaise and coordinate with other departments as needed.Responsible for the implementation of the various types of maintenanceInterprets company policies to workers and enforces Health & safety regulations.Develop plans and optimize resource allocation.Plan and coordinate infrastructure and maintenance schedules and activities.Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities.Analyze project costs and preparing budgets.

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience in Facility management industry is a must.
