Facility Maintenance Engineer

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.Maintain the efficiency of the equipment.Maintain proper utility efficiencies and power consumption.Implement periodical and prevention maintenance plans according to the annual policy.Revising and following up on the maintenance team’s task during and after its implementation.Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.Perform maintenance of electrical systems.Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.).Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any related major.Minimum 10 years of experience.Good knowledge of building management systems and relevant electromechanical infrastructure.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Excellent organization and follow up skillsAdvanced troubleshooting skills.Good level in both written and spoken English Language
