Responsibilities:Lead and manage all factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards.Manage the factory budget and ensure cost-effective operations.Oversee the maintenance of all factory equipment and facilities.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled professionals.

Skills & Technologies:Expertise in Engineering Management, Manufacturing Process Optimization, and Production Planning.Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Supply Chain Management.Familiarity with Electrical and Mechanical Systems.Exceptional Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
