Factory Manager ( Pumps Manufacturing )

Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth production processes.Manage production planning, quality control, maintenance, and warehouse activities.Ensure production targets are achieved within the required deadlines and quality standards.Monitor manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs and waste.Lead and supervise factory staff, supervisors, and production teams.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and supply chain departments.Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for top management.Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for factory operations.Handle troubleshooting and operational issues related to pumps manufacturing processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a factory environment.Previous experience in pumps manufacturing industry is a must.Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of production processes, maintenance, and quality systems.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred.
