Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial analysis related to factory operations, projects, and overall company performanceAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking for production and business activitiesPrepare clear and practical reports for management, highlighting key insights and areas of concernMonitor variances between actuals and plans, and help identify root causes and corrective actionsWork closely with different departments (operations, procurement, HR) to ensure accurate financial dataContribute to the annual budgeting cycle and periodic performance reviewsSupport continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools

Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in a finance or analytical role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.Required Skills:Exceptional proficiency in Financial Analysis.Proven expertise in Financial Modeling, Budgeting, and Forecasting.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a must; experience with other financial software is a plus.Strong capabilities in Data Analysis and interpreting complex financial information.Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings clearly and concisely.Demonstrated ability in Problem-solving and critical thinking.High level of Attention to Detail and accuracy in all financial outputs.
