Finance Manager

Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial and accounting activities across the organization, ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations.Develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial policies.Analyze financial performance, profitability, and operational costs.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.At least 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager within a large organization.Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Strong expertise in preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements, management reports, executive dashboards, and financial performance reports.Proven ability to develop professional financial reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.Strong background in cost control, profitability analysis, financial performance management, and process improvement.Previous hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.Previous experience in port operations, maritime, shipping, logistics, or other large operational organizations is a strong advantage.Excellent command of the English language.Outstanding leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
