Finance Manager – Construction Company

Job DescriptionLead and manage the company's finance and accounting functions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and treasury operations.Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across construction projects.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.Support senior management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.Ensure timely submission of all statutory and financial reports.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.12–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience in the construction industry.Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and cash flow management.Solid understanding of taxation, financial reporting, and accounting standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive Salary.Medical Insurance.Social Insurance.Professional and dynamic work environment.Career growth and development opportunities.????
