About the job
- Specialist with Full-Time Contract to manage &Control Import / Export Settlements (AP & AR Invoice Settlement)
- Responsibilities
- Check vendors received invoices & be sure they match with the approved tariff.Register & settle vendors invoices in thesystem.Coordinating with the Operation Team to ensure all Shipments are settled without delay.Issue Selling Invoices & submitting it tocustomers.Follow up with customers due to the payment collection.

Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistics, orrelated field One year of experience in the Logistics or accounting field, also fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and as part of ateam.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
Proficiency in English
