Firefighting & Plumbing Design Engineer

Design Mechanical drawings and coordinate with other departments.All work must incorporate professional drawing standards and symbols.Works with senior and fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for further development of projects and products.Responsible for reporting progress of all assigned tasks to the head department and implementing specific and mechanical engineering works in accordance with the work program of a project or as requested.Organizes and supervises the work of draftsmen allocated to him and provides relevant support and/or advice to project teams as applicable.Responsible for efficient and effective design of mechanical engineering works, preparation of drawings, calculations, bills of quantities, contract documents, etc.Verifies that all designs, drawings, and documents are to current codes and standards.Liaises as directed with other engineers on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Senior or his responsible Principal as applicable.Producing complicated drawings and charts in a specialized field, involving planning, layout, bill of materials, etc. for major installations.Responsible for the generation of drawings and bills of materials.Responsible for meeting design to cost figures.Responsible for carrying out design change requests in a timely manner.Add project calculating document, filling on server in a manner to make all tasks trackable.

Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree.3 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field of Engineering Consultants offices.Prefer KSA experience.Excellent AutoCADGood Microsoft OfficeExcellent English languageHard worker and can work under pressureExperience in design.Revit Knowledge.Full awareness of all related design software.
