Job Description

About the RoleWe are a fintech startup with a small, high-ownership engineering team, looking for a Frontend Engineer with strong Flutter experience to build and evolve our user-facing applications.You will work closely with backend engineers, product, and design to deliver reliable, high-quality user experiences across platforms.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership over features and technical decisions.

What You’ll DoBuild and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile-first, with potential web exposure)Own frontend features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and releaseCollaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and define contractsTranslate product and design requirements into clean, usable, and performant UIEnsure high code quality through testing, reviews, and clear architectureHandle app performance, state management, and error handlingParticipate in production issue debugging and iterative improvementsContribute to frontend architecture and best practices
