Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & ControlPlan, organize, and manage daily production operations for kitchens and dressing roomsPrepare production schedules based on sales orders, drawings, and delivery timelinesMonitor workflow to ensure on-time completion of projectsCoordinate with design, sales, and installation teamsTeam ManagementSupervise carpenters, machine operators, assemblers, and finishing teamsAssign tasks and manage manpower efficientlyTrain staff on production techniques, safety, and quality standardsEvaluate team performance and recommend improvementsQuality ControlEnsure all products meet company quality standards and client specificationsInspect materials, components, and finished productsAddress quality issues and implement corrective actionsMaterials & Machinery ManagementManage raw material usage (wood panels, MDF, hardware, accessories, finishes)Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teamsEnsure proper operation and maintenance of machinery (CNC, edge banding, cutting machines, spray booths, etc.)Cost & Efficiency OptimizationReduce material waste and production downtimeControl production costs and improve efficiencyImplement process improvements and lean manufacturing practicesHealth & SafetyEnforce workplace safety rules and proceduresEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsReportingPrepare production reports (output, efficiency, delays, material usage)Report production status and challenges to senior management

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldExperience 5+ Years in Furniture ManufacturingStrong knowledge of kitchen and dressing room manufacturing processesExperience with custom and modular furnitureAbility to read shop drawings and technical designsLeadership and team management skillsProduction planning and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of furniture materials, hardware, and finishesFamiliarity with CNC machines and modern woodworking equipmentGood communication and coordination skills
