Job Description
About the CompanyWe are a well-established Petroleum Services company providing specialized solutions to the Oil & Gas industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.Prepare journal entries and ensure proper posting to the General Ledger.Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and year-end closing activities.Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.Support tax preparation and statutory reporting requirements.Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.Maintain confidentiality of financial information.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.0–2 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Basic understanding of accounting principles.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
