We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Accountant to manage and maintain our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.As a General Accountant, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, providing critical insights and support to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.Manage general ledger and perform monthly and year-end closing procedures.Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring the integrity of financial data.Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies in financial performance.Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Here’s what we’re looking for:Experience: 3-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.Skills: Proven expertise in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, and Financial Management.Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS.Analytical Skills: Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis.Software Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.If you are a highly motivated and skilled accounting professional, we encourage you to apply!
