Job Description
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions and journal entries.- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.- Monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.- Prepare payment vouchers and follow up on collections.- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation.- Prepare and process bank transfers, checks, and payment requests.- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and subcontractor accounts.- Verify supporting documents for purchases and expenditures.- Maintain fixed asset and inventory records related to projects.- Prepare tax-related schedules and support tax filing requirements.- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
