Job Description
- Monitor all buses, vans, and transportation vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems.
- Ensure drivers follow assigned routes, schedules, and pickup/drop-off plans.
- Track delays, unauthorized stops, route deviations, and traffic disruptions.
- Coordinate directly with drivers regarding route changes, delays, or emergencies.
- Ensure on-time employee pickup and drop-off according to approved schedules.
- Monitor speeding, harsh driving, and unsafe driving behavior.
- Report operational issues such as breakdowns, accidents, or delays immediately.
- Maintain accurate trip records, movement logs, and incident reports.
- Generate daily operational reports on fleet movement and performance.
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and client service teams to resolve transportation issues.
- Monitor GPS device connectivity and report technical issues for maintenance.
- Support route optimization to reduce delays, fuel consumption, and operational costs.Preferred Skills:

- Good knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and transportation operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
