Graphic Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and work on branding and production design for conferences and large-scale events.
You will be responsible for creating complete visual identities and executing them across all event touchpoints — from digital assets to on-ground production materials.
ResponsibilitiesDesign branding and visual identities for conferences and eventsCreate print materials (certificates, IDs, invitations, agendas, flyers, etc.)Design event setup elements (banners, backdrops, signage, booths, registration areas, etc.)Develop branded merchandise (notebooks, pens, giveaways, etc.)Produce digital assets (social media posts, presentation designs, etc.)Prepare print-ready files and ensure production qualityCoordinate with vendors (printing & suppliers) to ensure timely deliveryCollaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and project requirements
1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in events or agencies is a plus✨)Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and real executed workProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, IllustratorGood understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchyExperience in print design and preparing print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, production specs)Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus✨)Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and consistencyGood communication and teamwork skills
