We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team and help us continue our journey of excellence.Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in video editing to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to create visual content that enhances our brand presence across both digital and traditional platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our company and delivering impactful designs that support our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, website content, product packaging, and more.Develop design concepts that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver cohesive and engaging content for campaigns.Work closely with the videographer to create graphics for video content such as motion graphics, title sequences, and overlays.Digital and Print Design:Design for both digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (flyers, business cards, banners).Innovative Design Solutions:Continuously explore new design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.Adapt designs based on user feedback and performance analytics, ensuring the highest engagement and effectiveness.Time and Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Asset Creation:Prepare and maintain a library of assets, including design templates, icons, logos, and other brand elements, for use across various platforms.

Job Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.Technical Skills:Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is an advantage.Creativity and Design Acumen:Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, visually appealing designs.Collaboration and Communication:Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Able to take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions quickly.Time Management:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality.Join Us:If you are passionate about graphic design and are ready to contribute to a dynamic marketing team, we encourage you to apply.
