Graphic designer & Contant Creator

POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Content Creator & Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital platforms, combining strong graphic design skills with modern content creation capabilities, including short-form video production and AI-assisted creative tools.

The role plays a key part in strengthening brand identity, increasing audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual content for social media platforms and marketing channels.Creating and editing short-form videos, Reels, and digital content aligned with brand identity and industry trends.Designing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media posts, and company profiles.Developing and managing content calendars and supporting campaign planning and execution.Writing captions, scripts, and creative copy for digital content and campaigns.Utilizing AI tools for design, content generation, and video editing to enhance creative output and efficiency.Coordinating with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure consistent brand communication.Monitoring content performance and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize future output.Ensuring all visual content maintains high-quality standards and brand consistency.Staying updated with design trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Content Creation, or a similar creative role.Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and digital content (especially social media & video content).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).Experience using AI tools for creative production (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and branding skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Design & Build companies.Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.Strong ability to work both independently and within a creative team environment.
