Graphic Designer

Design and produce marketing materials, presentations, brochures, social media content, infographics, and corporate communications.Assist in maintaining and enhancing GRFN’s visual identity and brand consistency across all platforms.Create visual assets for digital campaigns, website content, events, and internal communications.Collaborate with various departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.Support the development of motion graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content when required.Revise and update existing designs based on feedback from stakeholders.Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets.Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative techniques.

EducationBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Technical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other multimedia tools is an advantage.Understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding principles.Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing design requirements.Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong creativity and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept constructive feedback.Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred QualificationsPortfolio demonstrating creative design projects (academic, freelance, internship, or personal projects).Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is an advantage.Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies is a plus.
