Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership roleFamiliarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and ITExperience with implementing IT systemsKnowledge of data analytics and reportingGood with numbers and financial planningOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and leadership abilityAnalytical mindProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Business, Computer Science or other relevant field
